Real and Fake

A surgeons hands display and dangle shiny bags of silicone above a willing patient who rips open her chest to reveal that all the fuss is about two lumps of fat on a woman's chest. All she can see are the shiny new silicone implants above her head. She is blind to the scar tissue that forms around the bags below her.

This abstracted image of a cell is inspired by my learning about action potentials and the synaptic cleft during Anatomy Class. It was done using spray paint and chalk pastels.
